To build a business you need a Product and a Market.
Starting a business today has never been as accessible:
- Anyone can build a SaaS Product using no-code frameworks, e.g. Bubble, Flutterflow, Noodl, Wappler, Weweb, Dittofi
- Anyone can build a Community for free on social networks, e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp
The most important thing is alignement. Your Product has to be aligned with the Market you are addressing.
What does Product Market Alignment mean?
The Holy Graal is to reach what we call the “Product Market Fit”, that means that your Product reaches its market. The main reason why start-ups fail is because they did not reach they did not reach their market. The reason is simple, this has to be determine at the early stage of a company, because it will drive the strategy and focus the forces on both aspects: Build a Great Product that tackles the Market pains.
